When you submit a request to talk to one of our experts, including Payal Sirohi and Harjit Sirohi, it takes some days before you can finally get on call with us. Here is the complete process flow and why you should allow us some days before expecting a call.

You choose one of the plans and fill out our checkout form.
We verify and sort your details and call you back for other information we might need (such as your preferred time of call) and request payment from you. (Please note that sometimes it might take upto 5 days before you receive our call.
After you pay and we verify everything from our end, you will receive the call with our experts on your scheduled time.
In the meantime if you change your mind, you can request a refund within 5 days of the payment or one day before the scheduled date (whichever is lower).
